Refunds & Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our FlyNoMore products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our product and our commitment to hygiene, safety, and sustainability, we have a strict refunds and returns policy in place.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following strict conditions:

  • Return Window: You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 7 calendar days of delivery. Any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Defective Products Only: Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective upon delivery. Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or prolonged use (including damage occurring after 3–4 months of use) will not be considered for return or refund.

Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be deposited back into your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Please note: Shipping costs for returning items are not covered by FlyNoMore. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Important Notes

  • Any return sent without prior written approval will be declined and sent back to the customer.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction after extended use.
