At Flynomore, we aim to ensure that your orders are processed quickly and delivered in the most convenient way possible. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping and collection methods:
- Courier Service – Delivered directly to your chosen address Via Aramex, Which the customer pays for on checkout.
- PUDO Lockers – Nationwide delivery to your nearest locker.
- PAXI (via PEP) – Delivery to your selected PAXI collection point.
- Self-Collection – Customers may collect their orders directly from our premises.
All shipping and collection options are at the customer’s own expense.

Order Processing
- Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment is confirmed.
- Customers will receive proof of dispatch and/or tracking details (where applicable).
Condition of Goods
- We ensure that all products leave our premises in optimal condition and properly packaged.
- Once the order has left our premises, Flynomore is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Damages or Missing Items
- If you receive a package with damaged or missing items, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us immediately with supporting evidence (photos of packaging and product).
- Flynomore will assess the claim, and at our sole discretion, we may choose to either replace the item(s) or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
Important Notes
- Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect packages upon receipt before signing for delivery, where applicable.
- Any delays caused by couriers, PUDO, PAXI, or other third-party logistics providers are beyond our control.
